Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive success for its Storage & Analysis product portfolio. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, support the Sales team, and help customers understand the value of Cribl solutions.

The role requires ownership of outcomes, collaboration with a Product Sales Specialist, and a track record of exceeding sales goals. The position is remote-first, with preference for candidates in the Eastern Region (ETZ/Central Time).

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience with logs, metrics, observability, IT ops, or security in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
• Partner with Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Field team to develop demos, content, and artifacts reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, conduct PV events, and articulate technical information about Cribl's offerings.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product docs.
