Cribl seeks a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist to drive success of our Storage & Analysis portfolio. This customer-facing role thrives on ownership, exceeds sales goals, and acts as a trusted technical advisor to help customers understand Cribl’s value.

You’ll partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities and provide feedback to shape future offerings. Based in the Eastern Region, you may travel up to 30% and join a remote-first team delivering demonstrations, proofs of value, and

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs in a customer-facing role in logs, observability, IT ops, or security solutions.
• Experience selling to new and existing customers with land-and-expand success.
• Ability to teach opportunities through consultative selling methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Explain Cribl's Storage & Analysis value across the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with a Product Sales Specialist to develop strategies and drive pipeline.
• Create demos, content, and selling artifacts reflecting customer usage patterns.
• Demo the product, answer questions, and conduct proofs of value events.
• Guide customers through proof‑of‑concept activities for successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
