Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to shape, define, and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications. You will help scale Cribl's partner ecosystem, drive revenue, and enable engagement across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances in a remote-first setup.

You will build collateral, onboard tools, and program policies, while aligning global partner strategy with legal and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces.
• 3-5 years experience in partner operations, programs, or partner marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs.
• Ability to align global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
• Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus.

• Build out our Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl's Partner Program.
• Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships.
• Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communicate to partners.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
• Communicate Partner strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.
• Help manage and lead Partner specific projects and initiatives that focus on scale and efficiency.
• Help own our partner specific tools and drive awareness both internally and externally of the value and use cases.
• Assist in program compliance process and communication.
• Be willing to take on ad hoc projects or initiatives based on company decisions and priorities.
