Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to define, shape, and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications within Cribl's evolving partner ecosystem. This role supports revenue growth by enabling partner programs, onboarding, and enablement across global teams.

You will own partner engagement lifecycle, build collateral, drive scale across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances, and coordinate internal communication of strategies and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs or similar systems.
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Cribl's partner engagement strategy and programs.
• Build collateral, onboarding tools, and enablement materials.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
• Coordinate internal communications of partner strategies and events.
• Assist in compliance and drive scale across partner types and regions.
