Job summary
Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to help shape, define, and scale Cribl's partner ecosystem. You will own partner programs, enablement, and collaboration with Salesforce and PRM systems to accelerate Cribl's global partner initiatives.
The role requires driving partner engagement, developing collateral, and aligning strategies across teams to maximize revenue and efficiency in a remote-first, time‑zone-spread environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in data security and IT spaces.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and PRMs and/or other similar systems.
- Experience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy.
- 3–5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
Responsibilities
- Shape the future of partner engagement at Cribl.
- Scale partner programs, processes, and enablement to drive revenue and global impact.
- Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance partner experience.
- Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
- Communicate Partner strategies, events, and updates internally to drive alignment.
