Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to lead mid-year and annual compensation cycles, leveraging data to drive market-aligned decisions.

You will work with the Compensation & Partnerships team and partnering functions like Technology and Business to implement programs and support ongoing initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in compensation, strong project management, and expertise with Google Sheets/Slides.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or related field.
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle using a standard PM framework.
• Strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders; built relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to tell a data story and translate analyses into recommendations.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses and story-building using tools like Sigma, Radford, and Pave.
• Partner with Compensation Programs & Partnerships to support initiatives across Technology and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design and update incentive plan documents.
• Educate and consult stakeholders on compensation structures and programs.
• Maintain the standard job architecture catalog in Workday and related docs.
• Engage with external survey vendors to stay current on market trends.
