Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to lead mid-year and annual compensation cycles, work with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team, and provide data-driven analyses to guide market positioning and job leveling.

You will partner with Technology and Business functions to support strategic rewards initiatives. You will implement, maintain, and educate stakeholders on compensation structures, while leveraging tools like Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to consult, influence, and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles in alignment with the team and partners.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses and story-building support using existing tools.
• Partner with the team to support compensation programs across Technology and Business functions.
• Assist in designing and updating incentive plan documents with the Senior Incentive Compensation Manager.
• Engage in processes and projects to refine compensation program frameworks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
• Maintain the Workday job architecture catalog and internal documents.
• Participate in external surveys to stay aligned with market trends.
