RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP, code invoices in Sage Intacct, and support month-end close.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). This remote-first position offers national reach and competitive benefits.

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable process end-to-end.
• Monitor AP inbox and enter invoices with accurate GL coding in Sage Intacct.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Support procurement tool administration and approval workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
