Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is hiring an AP Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, code invoices in Sage Intacct, and support month-end close. This remote-first role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and collaboration with finance and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
