RethinkFirst is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding while supporting month-end close.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP). Remote-first with national reach offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
