Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, seeks an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle accounts payable, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding, and reconcile related GL accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, entering invoices with GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for procurement tool, including user support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation.
