Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health tech, is seeking an A/P Specialist. You will manage the full-cycle AP, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with proper GL coding, reconcile AP accounts, and support month-end close. The role also processes expense reports and corporate cards and maintains procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AP experience with strong GL coding knowledge.
• Reconcile AP-related accounts and assist month-end close.
• Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions.
• Support procurement tool users and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP and AP inbox processing.
• Enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist month-end close activities.
• Review employee expense reports and card transactions.
• Ensure policy compliance and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP docs as needed.
