Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Applications Trainer to deliver software and service training to customers and employees during installations and conversions.

Training is conducted at customer sites, via online sessions, or at Jack Henry locations, with remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of our offices. You'll design and customize curriculum, prepare materials for live and web-based sessions, test software for training, and act as the knowledge contact during projects, while

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a financial institution or training role.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training courses/workshops and customizes curriculum per customer.
• Prepares training materials and environments for live or online sessions.
• Tests and maintains software used for training.
• Provides customer follow-up and acts as knowledge contact during projects.
• Updates curriculum based on feedback and needs assessments.
• Expands knowledge of product features and training practices.
• Prioritizes tasks and documents issues.
• May participate in user conferences.
• Supports and mentors less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
