Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in software applications training or in the banking/payments industry.
• Able to travel 15% of the time.
• Ability to design and deliver software applications training with customers.
• Strong communication and project management skills; capable of public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Delivers software and service training courses or workshops virtually or onsite.
• Prepares training materials and environments for live and web sessions.
• Tests and maintains software for training purposes.
• Provides customer follow-up during training and acts as knowledge contact.
• Creates and customizes curriculum for each customer and adapts per feedback.
• Makes curriculum changes based on needs assessments and trends.
• Keeps up with product changes, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Stays organized, prioritizes tasks, and documents issues.
