Training occurs at customer sites, via internet-based tools, or at Jack Henry locations, with remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of several office locations including Louisville, KY. Role requires 4 years of software training or banking/payments experience, plus travel around 15%.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in software applications training or in the banking/payments industry.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.
• Experience designing and delivering software applications training.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and product training best practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivers software and service training courses or workshops via a virtual training environment and onsite at customer locations.
• Prepares training materials and environments for live and web-based sessions.
• Tests and maintains software for training purposes.
• Provides customer follow-up during training and may serve as knowledge contact.
• Creates and customizes curriculum for each customer and adapts based on feedback.
• Updates curriculum based on changes, feedback, and needs assessments.
• Keeps current on product changes, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Prioritizes tasks and documents problems; may present at user conferences.
• Supports, trains, and assists less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
