Responsibilities

• Implement, train, and support Jack Henry banking software applications across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and train on functionality.
• Analyze customers' existing processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation, guide setup, and provide post-installation training and support.
• Travel with the team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation activities.
• Communicate with analysts, programmers, and leadership to audit and resolve transactions.
