Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an applications trainer to deliver software and service training to customers and employees during installations, conversions, and ongoing education. Training sessions occur at customer sites, online, or at Jack Henry locations.

This role offers remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of our offices and requires travel ~35% of the time to support institutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a financial institution or training role.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Training certification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the financial industry and Jack Henry products.

Responsibilities

• Delivers software and service training courses or workshops.
• Customizes curriculum and procedures for each customer situation.
• Prepares training materials and environment for live or web-based sessions.
• Tests and maintains software used for training.
• Provides customer follow-up and acts as knowledge contact during projects.
• Keeps up to date with product changes and industry trends.
• Prioritizes tasks and documents problems.
• May participate in user conferences and support peers.
