Qualifications

• Four years of experience in software applications training or in banking/payments.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• D delivers software and service training courses or workshops via virtual training or on-site at customer locations.
• Prepares training materials and environment for live and web-based sessions.
• Tests and maintains software used for training.
• Provides customer follow-up during training and acts as knowledge contact.
• Customizes curriculum for each customer situation and consults with customers on needs.
• Makes curriculum changes based on feedback and assessments.
• Keeps current on product changes, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Prioritizes tasks and documents problems.
• Supports and trains less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
