Responsibilities include preparing materials for live and web sessions, testing software for training, and providing post-training follow-up as a knowledge contact. 4 years in financial institutions or training roles and 35% travel required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a financial institution or training role.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Delivers software and service training courses or workshops.
• Creates and customizes curriculum and procedures for each customer situation.
• Prepares selected training materials and environment for live and web-based training.
• Tests and maintains software for training purposes.
• Provides customer follow-up during training and acts as knowledge contact.
• Keeps current on product changes, upgrades, and industry trends.
