Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to implement, configure, test, and support Emergency Call Handling solutions on-premise and in cloud environments. The role requires remote work with substantial travel across the US and internationally, collaborating with customers and partners to ensure smooth production cutovers.

You will verify site readiness, troubleshoot connectivity, and document all changes while working within MOL’s cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Documents changes to cloud tenant configurations and API integrations during deployment.
• Travel 50-75% as required; remote support and on-site verification.
