Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or technology.
• 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
• Public safety deployments or ICS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-premise and cloud.
• Verify site readiness and perform production cutover support.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Document changes, MOPs, and cloud integrations.
• Support customers and partners during deployments.
