Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of ECH solutions. You will manage site configuration, testing, cutovers, and post-cut support across on-premise and cloud-hosted environments.

This is a remote position with 50–75% travel in the US and internationally. The role requires collaboration with customers and channel partners to ensure successful deployments and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Tech field.
• 5+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with network, server, and security fundamentals.
• Telephony knowledge incl. analog lines and PRI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Verify site readiness and perform cutover to production.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment and post-cut phases.
• Document changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
