Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture, proposal management, or BD for GovCon firms.
• Documented track record of capturing $1M+ federal contracts.
• Familiar with small business certifications and FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across various channels.
• Manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle including strategy and submissions.
• Document capture playbooks and manage relationships with government POCs.
