• Documented track record capturing $1M+ federal contracts.
• Comfortable building a function from scratch inside a founder-led firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across SAM.gov, GSA, and agency forecasts.
• Manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle including technical and price strategy.
• Draft capture playbook documentation and manage government POC relationships.
