The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in federal capture or proposal management and a proven track record of capturing $1M+ federal contracts. The position is remote but will include quarterly travel to Washington D.C.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture, proposal management, or BD for small to mid-size GovCon firms.
• Documented track record on capturing $1M+ federal contracts.
• Comfortable building a function from scratch inside a founder-led firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across various platforms.
• Manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle including technical and price strategy.
• Coach and mentor the Proposal Manager as the team grows.
