Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture, proposal management, or BD for GovCon firms.
• Documented track record capturing $1M+ federal contracts.
• Shipley-trained or equivalent, fluent in SAM.gov.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities from SAM.gov and GSA Schedules.
• Manage capture-to-proposal lifecycle and ensure submission readiness.
• Document capture playbook and manage partner relationships.
