Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an Independent Consultant to support federal capture efforts. This part-time role typically requires 10-40 hours per week, remote work with some travel to DC preferred. You will manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle and work closely with the GovCon Division Lead.

Ideal candidates have 7-15 years in federal business development and a strong track record with government contracts. Engagement is hourly, with rates ranging from $100 to $500, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture, proposal management, or business development.
• Documented track record capturing $1M+ federal contracts.
• Comfortable building a function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across SAM.gov and GSA Schedules.
• Manage capture-to-proposal lifecycle.
• Document capture playbook and strategy.
