Qualifications

• 7-15 years in federal capture or proposal management for small to mid-size GovCon firms.
• Documented track record capturing federal contracts valued at $1M or more.
• Comfortable building a function from scratch in a founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across SAM.gov and GSA Schedules.
• Manage the capture-to-proposal lifecycle including assessments and strategies.
• Document capture playbooks and maintain relationships with government points of contact.
