The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an Independent Consultant to manage federal opportunities and proposals. This part-time role involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, coaching staff, and managing relationships with government contacts. You'll work remotely but be expected to travel to DC quarterly.

Ideal candidates have 7-15 years in federal capture, a successful track record, and are comfortable building the necessary functions from scratch. The hourly rate ranges from $100 to $500 based on your experience and the scope of work.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in federal capture or proposal management.
• Documented success in winning $1M+ federal contracts.
• Comfortable building operations within a founder-led firm.
