Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of showing mapping systems: ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong oral and written communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive; capable of remote work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work varying hours for events, evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment for all events and coordinate with the sales operation fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Manage exhibitor database; update floor plans, signage, and logistics.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and servicing with internal and external teams.
• Upsell additional expo opportunities to exhibitors to drive revenue.
• Create and manage invoices from Salesforce and ExpoFP; audit collections.
• Assist with development of exhibitor service manuals and marketing materials.
