Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist in a remote capacity. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, reporting, and system management for global expos, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations across events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 2–3 years in marketing or ops, and strong skills with ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent. Remote work, with possible travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems (ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad).
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, with strong written and oral communication.
• Remote work experience and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit fulfillment across events and coordinate with sales operation fulfillment and Sponsorship Fulfillment teams.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Oversee booth approvals, floor plans, and expo mapping systems; maintain exhibitor database.
• Collaborate with marketing on exhibitor service manuals, prospectus, and materials.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and logistics with internal teams and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to upsell expo opportunities and drive incremental revenue.
