Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, invoicing, and reporting while coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful global expos.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing or sales ops, proficiency with ExpoFP/Map Your Show/Expocad/Salesforce/Cvent, and a strong ability to work remotely across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Proficient with ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit fulfillment and coordination with multiple teams for events.
• Process exhibitor requests, agreements, and invoices; generate reports.
• Oversee floor plans, housing, and registration timelines with internal teams.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and expo operations with contractors.
• Drive incremental exhibit revenue through upsell opportunities and add-ons.
• Support creation of exhibitor manuals and marketing materials.
