Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Experience with ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication; highly organized.
• Able to work remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibit deliverables for all events and support fulfillment teams.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Assist with booth design, floor plans, and expo logistics.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and expo operations with internal and external teams.
• Drive revenue by upselling expo opportunities and managing add-ons.
