Job summary

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist to manage exhibit fulfillment, database records, and floor plans for global expos. This remote role collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations across time zones to ensure flawless event execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing or sales ops, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Travel may be required for events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing, sales operations or business development experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment and manage expo rewards, badges, and floor plans.
• Coordinate with sales ops and marketing to produce exhibitor materials.
• Maintain expo databases and process invoices in Salesforce and ExpoFP.
• Support housing, registration, and move‑in/out logistics with internal teams.
