Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) seeks an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote role. You will own exhibit deliverables, manage invoices and reporting, and partner with sales ops and fulfillment teams to ensure successful events.

You will coordinate booth confirmations, floor plans, badges, manuals, and marketing materials, while aligning with internal teams and external contractors across global expos. Strong CRM and expo systems experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of expo mapping systems ( ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong knowledge of Cvent and Microsoft Office (incl. PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented, highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate exhibit deliverables for all events in collaboration with sales operation fulfillment.
• Respond to exhibit requests, exhibitor agreements and invoices; generate reports.
• Manage booth sales fulfillment, confirmations, and floor plan updates.
• Maintain exhibitor contacts and expo database; update floor plans on the website.
• Oversee expo badge approvals, show mapping, and paperwork with contractors.
• Assist in development of exhibitor service manuals, prospectus, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate housing, registration, and appointment tooling processes for exhibitors.
• Drive incremental exhibit revenue by upselling expo opportunities and turnkey add-ons.
