The Boutique COO is seeking a highly organized, self-starting virtual assistant to join our team. This remote role focuses on project coordination, scheduling, client communications, and flexible, business-aligned task execution.

Hours start at 20 per week with growth to 40 as we expand. Starting pay is $22 per hour, plus opportunities for performance bonuses up to $10k annually, and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment within the US.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects on behalf of clients and meets deadlines.
• Performs a variety of virtual assistant tasks: scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, data entry, and other projects.
• Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities using client values and processes.
