Job summary

The Boutique COO is seeking a self-motivated virtual assistant to support busy owners and founders. This fully remote role starts at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours as we scale, and offers competitive pay in US dollars plus performance bonuses.

You'll manage client projects, handle scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, and data entry, and communicate professionally to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to client priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to create a plan from an open-ended problem.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and think critically to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and deadlines for clients.
• Perform scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, and data entry among various VA tasks.
