A leading consulting firm is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial CFO to guide business owners in improving cash flow and preparing for sales. This unique opportunity allows you to build your own consulting practice while leveraging a respected brand. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years as a CFO in privately held companies and a passion for controlling their future. This position is not W-2 and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within your local market.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced CFO with success in increasing company cash
- Experience in being involved in the buying/selling of companies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA
- At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
Bonus:
- Has a series Series 7 and/or 79 license
