Job summary

The Boutique COO is seeking a self-starting, virtual assistant to join our rapidly expanding team. This fully remote role supports owners and founders with scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, and data entry.

Hours start at 20 per week with potential to grow to 40; weekday-based schedule with most projects turned around in 1–2 days. Starting pay is $22/hour with bonus opportunities up to $10k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to tailor to client priorities.
• Self-starter attitude; comfortable with open-ended problems and proposing a plan.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects for clients and meets deadlines.
• Performs virtual assistant tasks: scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, data entry.
