The Boutique COO is seeking a self-starting virtual assistant to join our expanding team in a fully remote role across the United States.

Hours start at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours. Schedule is flexible and weekdays-focused, with typical project turnaround of 1–2 days. Competitive pay starts at $22/hour with up to $10k annual bonus opportunities and growth potential.

• Experience in operations and administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adapt to client priorities.
• Self-starter; able to create a plan from open-ended problems.
• Project and process management; manage deadlines and priorities.

Responsabilidades
