Job summary

Engineered Intelligence Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive our European expansion for ENGIN. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with utilities, and articulate AI-driven grid analytics to senior stakeholders.

This fully remote role offers autonomy, collaboration across North America and Europe, stock options, and opportunities to shape our go-to-market strategy while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in engineering technology or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical specialization or business/IT.
• Sales experience in utility/engineering technology industries, preferably electrical transmission and distribution.
• Fluent English and at least one other language (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & qualification: identify and generate new business opportunities; evaluate leads to fit ICP.
• Sales presentations & demonstrations: conduct compelling presentations with the technical team.
• Relationship building: nurture relationships with key decision-makers for long-term partnerships.
• Sales strategy development: collaborate to develop campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Account management: oversee full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale implementation.
• Travel to conferences and client meetings as needed.
