Qualifications

• At least 6 years of account management experience, with 2 in strategic accounts.
• Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure or cloud computing.
• Proven track record with multi-million-dollar contracts and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage fewer than 20 strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
• Lead renewals and expansions, negotiating multi-year contracts.
• Track and report on account performance metrics including NRR and churn.
• Build executive relationships and align technical achievements with business outcomes.
