Samsara Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Value Strategist to expand our enterprise footprint by demonstrating ROI potential and fostering long-term partnerships.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify value opportunities and drive a value mindset across the organization. The role is remote within the United States, with a strong emphasis on quantifying impact, building relationships with executives, and leading cross-functional value initiatives to improve

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides modeling skills.
• Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers/clients and internal teams.
• Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who enjoys owning projects in a changing environment.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and driving impact.
• Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Align customer and internal stakeholders on main sources of value (efficiency, safety, sustainability).
• Quantify value realized for existing customers and identify opportunities for more value.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and help manage trials to demonstrate value.
• Consult with customers on change management, technology implementation, and customer experience.
• Present insights to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence and embed value across the organization.
