Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Business Value Strategy professional to drive ROI for large enterprise customers. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify where value is created—operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability—and quantify it at scale.

The role spans ROI modeling, trials, and change management, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insight and stakeholder engagement. This is a remote US role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, value engineering, finance, or business operations.
• Strong skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Proven ability to build deep relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Structured thinker with attention to value and detail.
• Self-starter who owns projects in a change-heavy environment.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and driving impact.
• Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Align customer and internal stakeholders on the main sources of value (efficiency, safety, sustainability).
• Quantify value realized and identify opportunities to maximize additional business value.
• Conduct ROI modeling and help manage trials at scale.
• Consult on change management, technology implementation, customer experience, and related topics.
• Present insights to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders.
• Lead Business Value initiatives to drive operational excellence and engagement.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
