Samsara is seeking a seasoned Business Value Strategy leader to expand our enterprise footprint by demonstrating ROI potential and driving long-term partnerships. You’ll work across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executives to identify new value areas and scale value-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
• Strong modeling with advanced Excel and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build deep relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Structured thinker with attention to value and detail.
• Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

• Align customer and internal stakeholders on value sources (efficiency, safety, sustainability).
• Quantify value for existing customers and identify opportunities for additional value.
• Conduct ROI modeling and manage trials to demonstrate value at scale.
• Present insights to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders.
• Lead Business Value initiatives to drive operational excellence and embed value.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization.
