Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
• Strong modeling skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Proven ability to build deep, empathetic relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Structured thinker with attention to detail and value focus.
• Self-starter who thrives in unstructured, change-heavy environments.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and driving impact.
• Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Align customer and internal stakeholders on main value sources (efficiency, safety, sustainability) for Samsara’s products.
• Quantify value realized for existing customers and identify opportunities to maximize business value.
• Conduct ROI modeling and help manage trials to demonstrate value at scale.
• Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, and customer experience.
• Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders.
• Lead Business Value initiatives to drive operational excellence and embed value across the organization.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
