Job summary

Interact is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise clients, maximising value from our intranet solutions and guiding technical implementations across complex environments.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, manage integrations, troubleshoot API-related issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver tailored, scalable outcomes across US and international customers.

Qualifications

• Significant client-facing technical experience, preferably TAM or related role.
• Track record of managing enterprise or complex accounts.
• Experience guiding API integrations and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for key accounts, building relationships and aligning with business objectives.
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support, diagnosing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to tailor solutions that maximise value of Interact products.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementations and integrations.
• Oversee escalations, maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Identify risks to satisfaction and retention, driving improvements.
