Job summary

Rithum, a leader in commerce networks, seeks a Technical Account Manager to guide enterprise clients through technical onboarding, channel implementations, and ongoing optimization. You will translate business goals into technical solutions and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful platform adoption across channels.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have strong technical account management experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace settings.
• Experience onboarding enterprise clients, platform integration, and ongoing optimization.
• Proficiency with Excel and tools like Salesforce or JIRA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day activities.
• Develop channel implementation plans and drive platform optimization.
• Bridge client needs with product and engineering teams for effective execution.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and documenting outcomes.
• Promote AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and value delivery.
