Job summary

Ping Identity in Denver, CO is seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide enterprise customers from purchase to production adoption. You will own the account's technical path, conduct architecture reviews, and translate complex use cases into solid design decisions.

You will engage with directors and VPs, drive value through health reviews, and advocate for product enhancements while supporting critical upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise customer-facing experience in TAM/CS/Sales Engineering or PS.
• Foundational knowledge of identity, security and federation protocols.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools for reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical recommendations and architectural reviews for Ping solutions.
• Conduct regular health and business reviews to demonstrate value delivery.
• Advocate for product features and roadmap adjustments with leadership.
• Adopt internal AI tools to generate reports and insights.
• Own the technical trajectory of accounts and prevent gaps between teams.
• Improve internal reporting and automate status tracking for health visibility.
• Contribute to KBs and onboard new TAMs with best practices.
• Represent TAM with professionalism and assist during off-hours for upgrades.
