Qualys is seeking a Technical Account Manager to actively drive and manage the post-sales process for Enterprise-level customers. You will articulate technical product positioning to business and technical users, identify issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

The TAM will support assigned accounts with product and technical expertise, build relationships from C-level to technical staff, and help uncover new opportunities while delivering compelling

Qualificações

• Experience in security and compliance space including Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Policy Compliance.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX is a plus.
• Strong presentation and professional communication in emails, RFPs, and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
• Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
• Provide functional and technical support to customers
• Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
• Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
• Attend conferences, seminars, etc
